JFile Samples

Overview

This function allows you to install a JFile sample that enables developers to distribute multiple files to a user's local system through a browser. It also allows users to upload multiple files containing form data to an HTTP server from a browser.

Simple Upload and Download Samples

After the JFile samples are installed on your site, you can access the simple upload and download samples.

Simple Upload Sample: /JFileSamples/test/upload/simpleupload.htm.
This sample demonstrates how to upload a file from your local computer (c:\boot.ini) to your Web site (/JFileSamples/temp/Simple_file1.upl).

Simple download Sample: /JFileSamples/test/download/simpledownload.htm.
This sample demonstrates how to download a file from your Web site (/JFileSamples/test/download/sample.doc) to your local computer (c:\temp\sample.doc).
