Install Community Starter Kit

Overview

The Community Starter Kit enables an individual or an ISP to quickly create a community Web site such as a user group site, a developer resource site, or a news site. Complete documentations are linked from starter kit pages after you have installed the Starter Kits:

Fields

Language (Required)
The script language for the starter kit. C# is currently the only language available for use with this starter kit.
Install Directory (Required)
The directory on your Web site where the starter kit will be installed. You can Browse to any existing directory on the site or you can type any directory. If the directory does not exist, it will be created.
SQL Server Name (Required)
The name of your SQL server, which was provided to you via email.
SQL Database Name (Required)
The Database Name of your SQL server you have set up on your SQL server.
SQL User Name (Required)
The user name for your SQL server account.
SQL Password (Required)
The password for your SQL server account.

Notes

You can access to the starter kit page on http://yourdomain.com/installdir/default.aspx after it is installed.
After the starter kit is installed on the site, you can login to the ISPAdmin page at http://yourdomain.com/installdir/ISPAdmin/default.aspx using the default username 'ISPAdmin' with the password 'ISPPassword'.
After the starter kit is installed on the site, you can login to the administrative page of the starter kit at http://yourdomain.com/installdir/Admin/default.aspx using the default username 'Admin' with the password 'Admin'.
